The sidewalk dining is the one getting the most attention. The proposed zoning changes are for one row of tables, cannot be more than four feet six inches away from the building, leave a 3 foot path for walking, no barriers, no tables after 10 at night except for Friday and Saturday then its 11 PM, and smaller restaurants will be able to put a couple tables out however they’ll have to pay fees close to $10,000 dollars and that’s before construction costs.

Just before 10:00 last night deputies were called to a Spring Valley home because of a domestic disturbance. The Sheriff office says that the deputies found the father with a stab wound and the son was on the run … Deputies began their hunt. After about an hour someone was taken into custody, however at this time there is no confirmation yet that he is the son or another suspect. What I do have confirmed is that the man in custody is thought to be involved somehow. Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives will send out more info later.
