San Diego’s Top Gun themed tax video staring Mayor Faulconer, Councilman Todd Gloria, and former mayor Jerry Sanders.

Every year the San Diego County Taxpayers Associating hosts an annual event called “Annual Golden Fleece & Watchdog Awards”.

But it’s got a San Diego twist. Every year the Taxpayers Association along with some of San Diego’s top politicos produce their own video promoting the event and lampooning the news and politics.

This year’s Top Gun themed video starts our former mayor Jerry Sander, current mayor Kevin Faulconer and City Council president Todd Gloria.

A little preview of the video has hit YouTube.

Enjoy!

Now developers want to take the issue to the voters. They say it amounts to a jobs tax and will hurt San Diego’s economy. While propionates say that’s an overreaction and the money is needed for affordable housing.
